Description:

Marta is a 3 year old black and tan all natural min pin who is looking for her forever home. She foudnherself very scared in a high kill shelter. Marta loves being with her person and being with other dogs. She loves to cuddle and follow her person all over the house. She just wants a mom or dad to love her and give her a forever home.

UPDATE: Marta is a wonderful dog! She is very outgoing and friendly, - loves everyone she meets and gets along great with other dogs. Marta loves to go for walks and gets excited and spins around in circles when she sees her leash, or if you ask her "Do you want to go outside?" Very cute! She is quiet and has no problem with going in her kennel/crate at night to sleep. Marta is house-broken and will let you know when she has to go outside. She is very well behaved. She knows her own food dish and does not try to steal other dogs food. Marta LOVES to play, - especially "Fetch/Catch with a ball". If nobody is available for her to play fetch with, Marta is able to amuse herself playing with toys on her own. She is also very affectionate and loves to cuddle. Marta is just an all-around joy and would make a wonderful companion

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS. We do not transport to potential adopters.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Post Adoption: Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. We highly recommend Pet Insurance. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
