Description:

Bartholomew "Bart" foster is a total dude. He LOVES BOOBS. Yes, boobs. He is partial to women and loves to cuddle...A LOT!!

Bart knows his name and will come when called just like a dog. He is learning sit as well.

Cuddling is his favoritest thing ever!! When his foster mom gets out of the shower he sits on the bathroom vanity and reaches up for hugs. If foster mom isn't careful, Bart will reach up with both paws and fall on the floor!

Bart and his brother Cassius came to mars from a home where they were chased and traumatized by children. Even now that he is in a foster home, he gets very scared when neighbor kids are noisy.

Bart s ideal human would be a woman or couple with older non-obnoxious kids that wants a dog but don't have the room. Bart gets along great with the other fosters and resident animals (big dogs, cats, kittens, and free-range house rabbit) He sleeps draped across his favorite person and will love his adopter with all of his heart! This dude is ready to settle down.

My adoption fee covers my shots, microchip and neuter and rabies.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS. We do not transport to potential adopters.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Post Adoption: Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. We highly recommend Pet Insurance. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
