Description:
Meet Marvin! Housetrained Gets along with dogs and kids Loves walks Enjoys hanging out with the family Marvin is a cute little wire-haired terrier that wound up on death row. This is his second chance at a good life! Marvin is the best dog I have ever fostered. He is a dream dog! Completely housetrained and a great temperament. Very mild and calm. Very little barking, only on occasion if he seen another dog. I don’t even have to kennel him. I did kennel him the first few days and he did great. He loves everyone. My kids were gone for the weekend and when they got home he was so happy and was giving them kisses. He gets along great with my dog. He met a puppy at the softball fields and at first he growled at him. I was a bit surprised. Then I walked away with him and went back about 5 minutes later and he was completely fine. The puppy was about 5 lbs and jumped all over him and tugged at his ears and he literally just stood there. I think he growled at first because the puppy was a bundle of energy and came right up to him and he got a little nervous. He met the boxer next door and was pretty ambivalent. He knows sit. Loves going for walks. When we get the leash out he gets very excited. My kids do this thing with him where they jump on my bed when he’s laying up there and he dives into their neck and nuzzles his nose in there. He plays a little with toys but not a lot. He loves attention and does great just hanging out with the family. Someone is going to have a great addition to their family! Pet Breeds: The pet you are viewing is a rescued pet which is most often from an animal control facility or Shelter partner. The breed(s) listed are our best guess and are in no way guaranteed.
