Hi There!
I'm Miss Sasha! I don't know why I ended up homelss, I'm such a lovely lady!!

I love being with people and other animals. At my foster home I have a dog friend! We like to wrestle around and play tug-of-war, and then take a snooze by each other.

My foster family also has a cat! He was a little scared of me at first. I don't know why?! I just wanted to sniff him up and give him some kisses! We're chummy now and he even comes and lays by me :)

But what I really want most of all is a family of my own to love and to love me! I promise to be your truest friend!!

-FOSTER UPDATE-
We have been fostering Miss Sasha for a month. She is such a sweet girl!! She's completely housetrained and knows many commands and then some (we recently learned that she can turn around on her hind legs!). She follows us around where ever we go in the house and really wants to be a part of whatever is going on. We recently had 3 kids (all under 10) and a baby staying at our house for a weekend and she was a true gentle lady the whole time. She'll make a wonderful, loyal, and loving companion. Please give her a chance!!

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS. We do not transport to potential adopters.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Post Adoption: Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. We highly recommend Pet Insurance. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
