Victor is a very very smart puppy.  I am finding it hard to believe that he may not have had owners before this new adventure in his life.
He has been a complete joy to have around. He is very friendly and takes verbal cues well. He understands sit, no, stay down, and even plays fetch like a pro.
He is a good mix of energetic and just hanging out.   

He still has a few puppy tendencies, like thinking every stuffed animal is a toy. He will give them back when asked. He is persistent and does take wrestling over the top with my big old German Shepard, but they are besties and get along great, with a few tiffs over toys here and there. He is a born leader and needs a job that will keep him busy. He even gets along with the not-so-friendly cat in the house, so a friendly cat would be even better.  He is curious, but not aggressive and takes a hint real fast from her. 

He is great with kids and adores my 5 and 16-year-old and they adore him too. He is very energetic and enjoys walks. He still likes to jump up on you, but is learning. It is only when he is so happy to see you.   He loves to run, and play all the time so he would be great in a home where he has a yard to run in. We have been working on walking without pulling and he is catching on fast.  With some patience and talking to him through it, he will have it down. He does ok in the kennel, and does not mind being in it sometimes, but would much rather be out and about.  He is not a fan of some loud noises, but is otherwise pretty aloof to loud things in the house and outside.  There is nothing that seems to bother him, but he does get stubborn when he doesn't get his way.  I think he likes the chaos of a loving family and fits right into it all.
