Meet Renura Renura is continuing to open up and is pretty much used to the routine of the house. She has the run of the house when her foster mom is at work and has not shown any undesirable behaviors or had any accidents. Her favorite spot is laying in the bay window to watch what's going on outside and that's usually where she is when her foster mom gets home. She will now greet her foster mom with tail wags and an occasional play bow and happy bark!
She greets me with tail wags and an occasional play bow and happy bark. She is starting to show interest in chewing She loves bones!
She is doing well with the 2 resident cats, and is fine with dogs as long as they are not active and trying to play with her.
She is exceptionally good on leash- I've done a couple of walks with her and she only pulls when a noise or something scares her and she tries to bolt.
She tolerates being brushed but not too sure what to make of it.
She is still very skittish regarding people. She will run away from new people but then sneak up behind to sniff. She's curious, but still needs to find her courage! She is also still not sure what pets are (she does not associate physical contact with affection) but does enjoy a good neck scratch.
