Meet Zayda!

Zayda is a inquisitive little girl and enjoys getting the full scope of her surroundings. Once she is satisfied, she is quite the lovey, cuddle bug.

She doesn't like to venture too far from her foster parents side and when she does, it is to her favorite mat or in her crate for a nap.

Zayda is a playful puppy who is still getting used to her size. She gets a little frightened when larger dogs move quickly during play time, but she still likes to try and be a part of the fun.

Zayda is very smart and learns very quickly, even by seeing what her foster siblings do (sitting for treats being a big one). She is learning patience and gets excited when treats or food come around but it is a puppy life.
She is crate trained - it is a safe, fun space for her to rest and relax. She is working hard on potty training, but as a puppy that is a frequent event. Her foster parents are working on basic commands and getting her up to weight.

Zayda is a sweet girl who will make a very loyal and loving companion for her new family.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS. We do not transport to potential adopters.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Post Adoption: Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. We highly recommend Pet Insurance. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
